Barry Morton
Co-Founder & CEO
Barry Morton was born and raised in Van Buren, Arkansas and currently resides with his wife, Bonnie, and their children, Emma, Anna, Peyton, & Savannah. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications/Public Relations in 1999. After 20 years of church ministry, he and his brother, Philip, founded MobileCare Dental, PLLC. where he currently serves as the company's CEO. Barry's vision to invest in the "person" more than the "employee" has brought MobileCare to the family-like work environment that it is today.
Donna Hamilton
Facility Director
Donna joined the MobileCare Team in the Summer of 2021 and she serves as the Facility Team Leader at the Corporate Office. Donna was Born and Raised in Arkansas. She graduated from University of Arkansas Fort Smith.Donna assists our Clinic Teams with the back office paperwork while they are in the field providing premier dental care. She also schedules the dental visits and assists the point person at each of the long term care facilities we serve. She is a Foster Mom and her hobbies include tennis and being involved in her church

Mitzi George
Chief Operations Officer
Mitzi George was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas and currently resides with her husband, Brandon, and son, Mason. In 2001, she graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After 20 years of working in dentistry, Mitzi transitioned to long-term care where she obtained her Administrator's license. With experience in both fields, she joined the MobileCare team where she serves as the company's Director of Operations.
Kendra Staggs
Field Director
Kendra joined the MobileCare Team in the Spring of 2019. She is responsible for the oversight and leadership of daily operations of the mobile clinic, providing dental needs of senior citizens at long-term care facilities and assisted living centers across the state of Arkansas. Kendra has several years of dental experience previously working for an oral surgeon for 5 years. In addition, she has 4 years prior experience as a CNA in long term care facilities and hospitals.
Her hobbies include cattle farming beef and dairy cows.

Shannon Whitson
Financial Coordinator

Shannon joined the MobileCare Team as the Financial Coordinator at the Corporate Office in November of 2021. She brings to our company a background of financial coordinating in both an eye clinic and an oral surgeon's office. Shannon is responsible for the filing of all assets and payments to our company. She also assists our Clinic Teams with the back office paperwork while they are in the field providing premier dental care. Shannon's hobby is sewing machine embroidery. She also loves spending time with her kids and grandchildren.

Carrie Heidelberg
Team Leader
Carrie joined the MobileCare Team in 2022. She is responsible for the oversight and leadership of daily operations of the mobile clinic, providing dental needs of senior citizens at long-term care facilities and assisted living centers across the state of Arkansas. Carrie has a real desire to help and care for others, as evidenced by her years as a Teen Specialist for CASA. Carrie and her husband are joyfully raising their seven children.
Kayla Dyer
Registered Dental Assistant
Kayla joined the MobileCare Team as the Facility Coordinator at the Corporate Office in May of 2022. She is a Registered Dental Assistant. Kayla assists our Clinic Teams in both Arkansas and Idaho with the back office paperwork while they are in the field providing premier dental care. She also schedules the dental visits and assists the point person at each of the long term care facilities we serve. Kayla's hobbies include painting, camping, hiking & spending time with family, friends & her dog.

Aaron Crow
Team Leader
Aaron joined the MobileCare Team in 2016. He is responsible for the oversight and leadership of daily operations of the mobile clinic, providing dental needs of senior citizens at long-term care facilities and assisted living centers across the state of Arkansas. Aaron started out as a transporter, then learned to Dental Assist and has now worked his way to the position of Team Leader. In his spare time Aaron enjoys outdoor activities and reading.
Jennifer Burrus
Registered Dental Assistant
Jennifer joined the MobileCare Team in the summer of 2021. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and is responsible for helping the dentist during dental procedures. Other responsibilities include greeting the residents, transporting them from the long term care facility onto the clinic and helping them feel as comfortable as possible while our team serves their needs.
When not on clinic, Jennifer enjoys taking her dog to the park, bowling and spending time with her family and friends.

Kirstie Forrest
CO Team Leader
Kirstie joined the MobileCare Team in the Summer of 2019. She is a Dental Assistant and is responsible for helping the dentist during dental procedures. Other responsibilities include greeting the residents, transporting them from the long term care facility onto the clinic and helping them feel as comfortable as possible while our team serves their needs. In her free time, you can find Kirstie cheering on and supporting her children in their many extracurricular activities.
